For companies and boards
Coaching your company can sponsor.
For HR, L&D, and board members arranging coaching for an executive. Clear terms, an invoice, and clear lines on what stays private.
The lines
What the sponsor hears, and what stays private.
The sponsor gets
- A goal-setting meeting with the executive and me at the start.
- A close-out meeting with the executive and me at the end.
- One invoice to the company.
Stays private
- Everything said in the sessions in between.
- I don’t report to the board or HR between those two meetings.
- I don’t share who my clients are.
How it runs
Four steps over three months.
Free first session

You, the executive, and I agree on what should change.
Twelve weekly sessions
One-to-one by video, with email between sessions.
Close-out
The three of us meet again to look at what changed.
Fees and paperwork
